Yummy raw honey label design

Rutland’s distinctive ‘tips down’ horseshoe is a quirk of the UK's smallest county. Some think ‘so the devil can’t make a nest at the bottom’, others say it’s ‘so that luck falls from the horseshoe and is bestowed on those that walk beneath it’. Either way we couldn't resist using it in our new label design for Rutland Honey; delicious 100% raw cold extracted honey by a local Rutland based beekeeper and small business owner. The horseshoe honey pot with drip of honey accompanies custom hand-drawn ‘Rutland Honey’ type, capturing the personality and essence of the product. A small illustrated bee flies in a deviating ‘beeline’ around the side of the jar directing you to the back of the label where information about the benefits of cold pressed raw honey can be found. Rutland Honey can be found locally to the area in a number of nearby businesses.
